Supply Two Armed Close Protection Officers in Peru
A recent assignment required two licensed, armed close protection operatives in Peru for a group of young people and their supervisors visiting from the United States.
Over approximately 2 weeks, the tour group had a full itinerary of excursions that included:
- Cusco city tour and Sacred Valley
- A visit to Lima and the Ballestas Islands Tour
- A visit to Machu Picchu
- A lodge stay in Iquitos
The Assignment
The organisers wanted to ensure that the group were protected at all times against any potential risks from criminals who might seek to exploit the situation of a group of young tourists in an unfamiliar country.
We were tasked with:
- Protecting airport transfers
- Ensuring that officers were present during transport to and from hotels
- Accompanying the group on board during bus travel to various tourist destinations
- Close protection officers are present during visits to tourist destinations
Successful outcome
The group of young people enjoyed their tour in Peru and were kept safe under the careful watch of our security guards both in their accommodation and out on excursions.
The tour company have indicated that they would use our services again if they venture into some of the more dangerous parts of the world.
