The Problem
- The need for a single entity to provide a cohesive and centrally managed corporate security service across multiple countries and locations.

Our Solutions
It was agreed that we supply teams of three security guards in each of the locations (two on duty and one on standby).
The guards are to dress in formal business attire to reflect the corporate environment in which they are working.
On-duty hours for security cover are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.
Duties
We deployed a comprehensive corporate security package based on the client’s job spec and the individual aspects of different premises:
- Regular checks of the building, entry/exit points, doors, windows, and equipment to deter intrusions.
- Access and visitor management with ID verification, courteous visitor handling, and log maintenance using approved systems.
- Responding with immediate action on alarms/emergencies, evacuation support, and employee guidance on security and safety procedures.
- Liaison and reporting with accurate daily logs, incident reports, and routine audits for continuous improvement.
