Event Security in Bangkok, Thailand
The Assignment
We were pleased to be appointed to provide security for a global finance exhibition and its after-party. The exhibition took place at the Bangkok Convention Centre, and the afterparty was held at the TRIBE Sky Beach Club.
We were contracted to provide a team of 3 security guards for the daytime exhibition and 9 security guards for the after-party. All guards were required to be bilingual (English and Thai-speaking) licensed security officers.
Our key responsibilities included:
Security Services for the Exhibition
Provide 3 licensed, bilingual (English and Thai-speaking) security officers to create a safe, welcoming, and well-organised environment for attendees and staff during the exhibition. Manage access and check visitor permissions.
Security Services for the Afterparty
Provide 9 licensed, bilingual (English and Thai-speaking) security officers and event security services to mitigate risks associated with large gatherings, including unauthorised access, theft, or other disturbances.
Successful Outcome
The event and the after-party were conducted safely and successfully with security and attendee assistance at the heart of the service. With the presence of male and female licensed and highly trained security guards on site, there were no major security incidents throughout the day or the evening.
The client now uses our global security services regularly.
